Watermelon Kiwi Plum Smoothie/Juice
yummmmmm! 333g Watermelon 1 Kiwi, peeled 1 Plum 10 cubes of ice 200 calories this is my morning breakfast along with the previous smoothie. i am trying the 80/10/10 eating lifestyle. loving it so far.
Banana Pineapple Orange Juice
i just made the best smoothie/juice ever :) 1 banana chopped 200g of pineapple 8oz of fresh squeezed orange juice. 312 calories. i thought it was great and perfectly sweet. it really filled me up for breakfast. i totally recommend it!

my feelings on the term "curvy"

protein shake and headphones.
bought some protein cause i need more apparently. and i got ordered some nice headphones meant for running, they get here today! i am so excited. still going, ladies! haven’t lost weight but i will continue this week and hopefully lose more. im upping my intake. hopefully that helps.
